This is for a Brand New Battery Holder Box Case with 8 AA Battery Capacity.
The case has a 5.5mm barrel plug cord and a built-in on/off switch.
You can put 8 AA batteries to create a 12V battery power pack.
Most AA rechargeable batteries are 1.2Volts and most disposable alkaline AA batteries are 1.5Volts.
The holder is wired in series, so the voltage is eight times the voltage on a single battery.
This battery holder box can be used in toys, RC cars, lighted decorations, electronics projects, or anywhere else where you need to have 12V of DC power.
This battery case comes with a 5.5mm plug which can be removed if you prefer to hard wire it. The wires are marked positive (Dashed) & negative (Letters) so it's easy to tell polarity.
The case has a built-in On/Off switch. This adapter also works to power our 12volt DC hanging ceiling fan.
