Treatment

1.Turn the red light source on.

2.Ensure you have protective eye wear on.

3.Ensure the area being treated is uncovered.

4.Position yourself about 12-16 inches from the source.

5.Allow the light source to irradiate the area being treated for 10-20 minutes.

6.Repeat regularly, from three to seven times a week.

7.If the manufacturers of the red light panel or your physician provide different instructions on the time frame, distance, frequency, or other factors, you should follow their advice.

Note:
1. Before  installation, ensure that the installation position can take 10 times the weight of the product.
2.The irradiation distance is subject to feeling comfortable.Do not look directly into the infrared bulb with your eyes.
3.Pay attention to stay away from all kinds of flammable materials, equipment attention to ventilation and heat.
4.When using, the temperature is high. Do not touch the open infrared bulb with your hands. Do not wipe the hot bulb to avoid damage to the special IR-A coating on the bulb surface.
5.No waterproof function, don't put in the water, otherwise will result in electric leakage, damage to human body and light.
